The Association of IFCAs is seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of a national training programme supporting Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authorities (IFCAs) across England.
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in strengthening compliance and enforcement capability, ensuring IFCA officers are equipped with the skills, knowledge and confidence to protect our marine environment.

Salary: Grade 7/8 (£46,142 – £55,617 pay award pending)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Flexible / Remote (with regular travel across England)
