The Seafarers Charity has launched a new guide, Thrive in Fishing, developed with The Nautical Institute to support those considering a career in the UK fishing industry.

It also outlines what it takes to start as well as run a small-scale fishing business; vessels under 24 metres with a small crew of one to five people.
